House  extension, Co. Kildare.
The brief for this project in Co Kildare was to find a solution and extend, matching the existing house, a badly laid out, dark and non-functioning space for family use which includied a kitchen, sitting and dinning area.  Also, bringing more light into the existing dark space. The solution was to demolish the side sunroom and to build a new small extension and connect it to a reconfigurated ground floor.  The result is a bright, family friendly, open plan space.
